Mr. Ghosh worked for Chemico but could'nt supress his dream to have his own organization for long. Like all born entrepreneurs, he started his own enterprise with a meagre amount of Rs. 700/- in the year 1996.

Slowly but steadily, he took forward the organisation ahead and within a very short span of time. Presently, AD Construction is one of the bests in its domain and touched the 2 Crore sales figure last year.

Mr.Ghosh, with a straight atitude loves to lead from the front.. his staffs are his family and Service to Clients is the “Moolmantra” of his team.
